I would say that once a stock is extended from its breakout level it needs a decent period of consolidation at a clear level to provide a risk level for any continuation long - at the open that could be .012 or g/r but yeah I wouldn't take it overnight today if it kept going up/ I am looking for day trades only on it

When they are Over-extended from the original support/ breakout area, the volume can't sustain itself so it must either pull back and/or consolidate. Stocks that usually panic are under $5 and are most ideal when they fall 30-50 % in the morning/ midday because there is now enough range and time in the day for the stock to bounce effectively.

The pattern has mutated into a flat bottoming that often cracks lower before it slow curls up if it does end up bouncing some.

The best bounce u could have asked for was around 9:40am. All bounces after that tend to fail or give much less upside with some exceptions of course. He always says think of it like a bouncing ball-first bounce is always highest and every subsequent bounce is lower.
