As I confessed in this video lesson, my trading has been pretty bad lately s I had to take a step back to look at my issues and try to correct them...one +$1k day this week and now 2 days of no trading are a great start to me re-gaining my discipline/patience, which is key if you want to stay green in this market environment.
PS definitely tune into this free event tomorrow, it's always good to learn a new skill/use a new indicator that's been working well lately!

That is a good idea. Overtrading is not good because there is a law that clearly states that only 5% to 10% of all trades really do become exceptional and profitable. This means, the rest of the uncessary excessive trades are risky and can tilt a trader.
