Best dip buy is with a morning panic, can be more aggressive on a second day morning panic. With a starter position if it small can always add when you can have a clearer pic of what the stock is going to do. Rarely average down but if you do make sure you hv a couple of reasons to do so. etc. small start p, the dip is with low volume. Trading is not science it’s more of an art.

Hope you read this and laugh.... my Chinese girlfriend, who retired at age 38, and used to trade in Taiwan....was watching me paper trade. When the stock dropped, she said in her Chinglish, "when this happen, I buyda gen..... :-)) . I practiced this successfully on paper and on one real trade with profits on both. Figured I would NOT employ this though. Good to know there is a SPECIFIC place for it, but NOT your norm . Thanks for adding to our knowledge base.

Thanks Tim...dips at key levels can dip a little more..risky to add but if full size wasn't achieved watch other indicators....volume,day low, double bottom

• Abil – Dip Buy • Stocks that fall in the 1st 10 to 30 minutes is preferable for Dip Buying. • Over a dollar drop in value with light volume has a chance to rebound upward.

Trading is not an exact science, you have to make a judgement call, 2nd red day on a supernova more aggressive, If volume and pattern are right think about averaging down, Thanks Tim!
