Some students were surprised I didn't cut losses quickly on my trade yesterday, please, please, please watch this video below and see why I adapted to the price action and managed to eke out a profit...ABIL dipped more during the day to the high 5s and the biggest bounce actually came at noon for a near 25% late day bounce back to the low 7s which is a rare occurrence, so I'll still focus on morning panics like this one:

excellent dip buy reminder. Watching these like RKDA two days ago. Have my eye on a good setup this morning.
Thanks Tim!
Good video Thanks
Can't wait for the Conference Tim...Thanks for the morning lesson...These are great insights into you psych.
you didn't cut losses quickly because of the low volume selling and you had a small position. Good lesson tim!
great lesson Tim, not an exact science - so many different scenarios to adapt to, just keep basic rules in place to keep safe. Fing narrow minded fers lol. No fuckery allowed.
judgement calls and nothing is exact science ....im always excited i found something i love ...again ty tim
Thank you, Tim!
Great lesson. Thank you
@Sierra3 nice, glad you get it!
Thanks for the lesson.
Good lesson Tim on starting with a small position. We must be able to Adapt!!
kewl for mid summer - I will be missing out on all the live webinars next week - outside schedule full
getting better at buying but have to be more discipline with my selling.
Thanks Tim
Nice
Good job Tim!
Thanks for the lesson.
When a stock tanks on light volume, may be a good dip buy because only few people are selling.
Great lesson Tim !

There are stocks that you mentioned CEI,MNGA to watch for the dip buy I was going to buy as it was going up just still watching and learning this proves to me that my studying is paying off very well thank you very much
Thank you!
So glad i was able to see this trade live on STT. Good job Tim :)
been losing all week, I see the patterns but I struggle with the catalysts and often I end up following the wrong stock with fluff news or missing a key SEC etc, I am always on the other side of the trade,I'll fix this.
tnx youngster
Thanks!
most dope
Thanks! Tim for going over this trade for us.
I’m so excited!! Awesome lesson, thanks Tim😎🤘
Have to study more so next summer I can catch some of this action.
Thanks Tim
excellant explanation, great lesson thx Tim
Thanks Tim. Great lesson, new insight.
Thanks for the lesson Tim! ... but i actually think it's better to not have the small window in the lower right corner, it blocks the volume >.<
Thank you Tim
Best dip buy is with a morning panic, can be more aggressive on a second day morning panic. With a starter position if it small can always add when you can have a clearer pic of what the stock is going to do. Rarely average down but if you do make sure you hv a couple of reasons to do so. etc. small start p, the dip is with low volume. Trading is not science it’s more of an art.
Thank you. Good explanation.
Hi guy newbie to the group be gentle
thanks for a great lesson
Thanks Tim!
Hope you read this and laugh.... my Chinese girlfriend, who retired at age 38, and used to trade in Taiwan....was watching me paper trade. When the stock dropped, she said in her Chinglish, "when this happen, I buyda gen..... :-)) . I practiced this successfully on paper and on one real trade with profits on both. Figured I would NOT employ this though. Good to know there is a SPECIFIC place for it, but NOT your norm . Thanks for adding to our knowledge base.
thank you !
Thanks Tim...dips at key levels can dip a little more..risky to add but if full size wasn't achieved watch other indicators....volume,day low, double bottom
I understand. Thank you, Tim!
Nice video with precious technicals. Thanks
Weak selling volume can lead to a bigger bounce.
Thanks Tim
Learning
I bleed green every time I dip buy and average down... haha
Nice trade Tim. Always keep an eye on vol.
Thank you Tim S.
Thanks Tim. Not had too much success using an averaging down strategy. I can see I have to use other indicators and be more selective. Lesson much appreciated.
Thanks Tim!

Knowledge facilitates growth.
Tim, Excellent! The #1 thing I got out of this steep morning panic in particular is that they can occur even with light volume and a small amount of panic sellers at the open
good example to know when to add to a position like it
Brilliant
Thank you Tim
Conference!!!!!
Thanks T
Thanks T
Let the volume and news dictate how aggressive you should or shouldn't be.
watched and learning.
Great lesson thanks
I make it a practice to cut losses quickly on most trades but there are times that I feel that I shouldn't. This video confirms why. Thanks Tim.
awsome vid!thanks!
Thanks Tim
Thanks Tim, good vid.
Thanks for the vids Tim.
Thanks for the vids Tim.
Thanks Tim!
Thank you!!
Light volume dip on no bad news, one gets so caught up in watching each tick that you forget to watch factors like volume that are so important yet get overlooked. Great lesson thanks Tim.
Great lesson...Thanks Tim
Thanks Tim!
learning from your past, thank you Tim
Thanks Tim. Always good to learn.
Thanks Tim... :)
Video watched. Thx.
thank you tim ( :
great video i love the strategy of averaging in WITHIN your set risk level
Thank you
Its absolutely necessary to understand why there is panic selling. Great lesson. Thank you Tim!
Thank You Tim !!!!
Thanks Tim
Great lesson. Thanks Tim!
• Abil – Dip Buy • Stocks that fall in the 1st 10 to 30 minutes is preferable for Dip Buying. • Over a dollar drop in value with light volume has a chance to rebound upward.
Thanks Tim!
Thanks Tim!
averaging down isn't ideal , but when the play calls for it and you see it do it. great dip , morning panic into previous support awesome i love it
Video watched. Muchas Gracias.
tks Tim Good lesson
right on Tim thanks!
Thank you Tim
Thank you
Rarely avg down... Got it. Make sure the setup and play is right.
Thanks Tim
small position sizing and small volume selling and not taking out the day low.
Thanks Tim, New strategy from you in this lesson.
Thanks Tim!
Watched thanks
As Tim Grittani says, cut losses intelligently. There is also a difference between mindlessly averaging down and strategically scaling in.
Thank You Tim!
Thank you Tim.
Thanks Tim
Trading is not an exact science, you have to make a judgement call, 2nd red day on a supernova more aggressive, If volume and pattern are right think about averaging down, Thanks Tim!
