Bag holders lose on toxic financing deals. Search Vwap in fillings for discount rate. The 6k's can give you an offering update. The stock can squeeze when the 3rd party selling is over or when the offering gets cancelled. And always check the fillings for the up to date shares outstanding. Thanks Again Tim's

Toxic financing, 3rd party selling, bag holders are all things to consider with current strong stocks. Selling pressure matters. Some has to lose in the market

If a company does a toxic financial deal it’s going to bring the stock down. Can hold a short position longer for a better profit. If the are given out shares at a massive discount price no way for the shares to go up because they will be selling as soon as they get them
